Members of the Opinion Harvester panel are sent online survey links by email. You can also log in to your account any time to check what surveys are live. Or drop into the online community where you can chat to other farmers around the UK!
Details of how much you get will be provided with each survey invitation but typically you can expect to get £10 for completing a survey that takes around 10 minutes. Payments will be made through Ayda, where you can decide how you wish to receive your reward (direct to your bank, PayPal or gift vouchers).
The surveys cover a wide range of topics. Most are related to farming and rural issues, but research companies want to include farmers in more general research too. You might be asked what you think about a new type of food packaging, a car brand, social or political issues… the list is endless!
By joining Opinion Harvester, you will ensure that your voice is heard in the research industry. As well as online surveys, you can also take part in longer telephone interviews and focus groups, which offer bigger financial incentives.
