FARMERS OF THE UK
Farmers and farm workers anywhere in the UK are invited to join the agri-research panel Opinion Harvester.
As a member of Opinion Harvester, you will be sent online survey links by email. You can also log in to your account any time to check what surveys are live.
You get paid for every survey you complete. The amount is included with each survey invitation but is based on a rate of £1 per minute, so for a typical survey that takes 10 minutes, you'll receive £10 as a thanks for your time and feedback. Payments are made through the secure payment platform Ayda, where you can decide how you wish to receive your reward (direct to your bank, PayPal or gift vouchers).
Please note that only farmers, farm workers and smallholders in the UK can join Opinion Harvester. We verify every new registration with a quick phone call and our secret list of "are you really a farmer?" questions. If you are really a British farmer, this is quite fun. If you're just pretending to be a farmer to get the survey incentives, it's quite embarrassing, so please spare yourself the shame and trot on.
Back to farmers! By joining Opinion Harvester, you will ensure that your voice is heard in the market and social research industry. As well as online surveys, you will sometimes have the opportunity to take part in more in-depth research, which offer bigger incentives - typically £100 for joining a 90-minute focus group or taking part in a 1-hour telephone or online interview.
Opinion Harvester is owned by FieldMouse Research and managed by Potentia Insight. It will be someone from FieldMouse (usually Caitlin or Emma who are also farmers themselves) who calls to verify your registration and will also get in touch if we have any in-depth research for you. You may also see FieldMouse at farming events around the country - we like to get out and about! Our digital research partner Potentia manage and deliver the online surveys - they do all of the clever technical stuff. FieldMouse and Potentia's clients are the leading research companies of the UK who conduct research on behalf of a wide range of organisations including Government departments and agricultural bodies.
